It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, Jack Polonsky at his home at the age of 82. He passed with his son Jack by his side, in his independent granny suite. He was a loving husband to the late Joan and father of Jack (Linda) Polonsky and Sandra Parsons; grandfather of Adam, Lucas, Matthew, Amy and Joseph and great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren. Jack is predeceased by his brother Bill and sisters Evelyn, Shirley and Patricia.
