Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Antonio. Loving mother of Tony (deceased) and John and his wife Lynn. Devoted Gramma/Rosie/Vovo of Serena (Greg), Vicki (Dave), Crystal (Jim), Johnny (Amanda), Madina, David (Katelyn) and Anthony (Shaylyn). Great-grandmother of Christopher (Sarah), Geordan, Jackson, Cassandra, Noah, Sophia and William and great-great-grandmother of Kenzie. Dear sister of Tony, Dorothy, John, Connie, Francis, Maria-Jo and Clotilda. Predeceased by her sister Maria, brothers Gabriel and Joe. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and dearly missed by her friends and staff at the McKelvie Burnside Village. Thanks to the palliative care nursing team at Headwaters Health Care Centre for their wonderful care.
Friends and family will be received at the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home, Shelburne on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to the March of Dimes or St. Patrick’s Church would be appreciated.
